Oliver has been working extensively in the theatre industry for over a decade, gaining experience through a variety of roles undertaken through-out his career. Whilst maintaining a strong hands-on capability, he has acquired and developed vital leadership and communication skills which allow him to operate efficiently and effectively either in supervising and co-ordinating teams or working within one.

He is an accomplished Production Carpenter primarily running productions touring weekly and installing shows into the West End.

His abilities in AutoCAD to plan complex and challenging installations in all manner of venues means he has gained an understanding to thrive in extremely high-pressured situations and environments whilst able to create, manage and construct effective theatrical productions safely and on time.
